We kindly request a 10% initial deposit upon contract signing to secure your booking. The reminding balance will be due the day before your wedding. (To facilitate more flexible financial planning, we are pleased to extend payment plans which will be outlined in the contact. Please be mindful that the finalized photos and/or videos will be delivered upon full settlement of the payment.)

Anticipate the completion of your photos and/or videos within a span of 4 to 8 weeks. Please note that this timeline can vary due to our prevailing workload and peak session periods (June-October). We commit to keeping you informed about the progress of your project every 2 weeks, or at your preference, ensuring a professional and transparent experience.
We do use Photoshop to remove any unwanted elements from your pictures; however, we maintain the authenticity of the individuals' appearances captured in the photos and do not make any alterations to their looks. We also make minor adjustments such as addressing blemishes and stains.
Yes we do! Some venues require vendors to provide proof of liability insurance. We are more than happy to provide that information if the venue requires it.
